PAYMENT TERMS For DROUOT LIVE bidders: - All or part of the deposit will be automatically deducted after the sale via the platform. - You must pay the balance on your invoice either by bank transfer or by credit card via our 3D Secure payment site: www.orne-encheres.fr For other bidders: Cash payments are accepted: • Up to 1,000 euros, including fees and taxes, when the payer is a resident in France or is acting for business purposes. • Up to 15,000 euros, including fees and taxes, when the payer can prove that they is not tax-resident in France and is not acting for the purposes of a business activity. Invoices exceeding 1,000 euros must be paid by bank transfer, credit card, or 3D Secure payment (www.orne-encheres.fr). For payments by check, buyers will be asked to present two forms of of identification (for the same person, matching the name on the check) and a one-month rejection period before the lots are released. In the case of payment by , delivery of the items may be delayed until the payment is confirmed, and the sale will not be considered final until then. Pursuant to Article L321-14: In the event of nonpayment by the successful bidder, after a a notice of default that has remained unanswered, the item is put back up for sale at the seller’s request following a new auction; if the seller does not make this request within three months from the date of the auction, the sale is automatically rescinded, without prejudice any damages owed by the defaulting successful bidder. The latter may not invoke the cancellation of the sale to evade his obligations. In the event of failure to pay the purchase price and fees, a formal notice will be sent to the purchaser by registered letter with return receipt requested. Upon Upon expiration of the one-month period following this formal notice and in the absence of payment of the amount due, an additional fee of 10% of the successful bid price will be charged to the buyer to cover an additional fee of 10% of the auction price, with a minimum of €250.
