Circa 14th-15th century A.D. Comprising: one openwork fragment with a low-relief sword; one tongue-shaped with a hatched border, vesica panel with a sword to the centre, pin to the reverse. Cf. Mitchiner, M., Medieval Pilgrim & Secular Badges, London, 1986, item 124, for sword motif associated with the cult of Thomas Beckett. 1.9 grams total, 20-23 mm (3/4 - 7/8 in.).
