1st-3rd century A.D. With a piriform body and applied trail collar, flared neck with applied trail pinched into a pouring spout; strap handle; dimpled base with applied foot. Cf. The Corning Museum of Glass, accession number 6.1.4, for a broadly comparable jug. 44 grams, 11.2 cm (4 3/8 in.). From a specialist collection of glass, acquired from dealerships during the 1990s.
