New Kingdom, 19th Dynasty, circa 1292-1185 B.C. Typical mummiform figure, carved in the round with folded arms, wearing a tripartite wig; remains of gesso on the surface; mounted on a wooden base. Cf. Schlögl, H., and Brodbeck, A., Ägyptische Totenfiguren aus öffentlichen und privaten sammlungen der Schweiz, Göttingen, 1990, p. 117, no. 55, for a similar example with the simplified carving of the crossed arms. 138 grams total, 21.9 cm including stand (8 5/8 in.).
