Ca. 1300 - 900 BC. A pair of pottery vessels, from left to right: a pottery jug with a globular, onion-shaped body and a tall cylindrical neck terminating in a slightly flared rounded rim, with a single handle springing from the shoulder and joining the neck just below the rim in a high vertical loop; and a pottery pitcher with a rounded body and open mouth, with a pronounced elongated spout opposed by a single loop handle at the back, the underside with a flat base and two short projecting feet. Size: 140-310mm x 200-270mm; Weight: 1.5kg Provenance: Property of a West London gentleman; previously in a collection formed on the UK/International art market in the 1990s.
