清 十九世紀 特大型刺繡壽帳 Worked in polychrome silk and gold-wrapped threads on a crimson satin ground, centered by a large gilt shou character, within borders of immortals, mythical beasts, and auspicious motifs. The flanking inscriptions in gold thread commemorate the sixty-first birthday of a distinguished official holding the honorary title Ronglu Dafu and the rank of Ancha Shi, and record a group dedication by high-ranking officials including governors, ministers, and Hanlin academicians.
