清 粉彩「百花不落地」開光山水人物圖大天球瓶一對 Each of generous globular form rising from a short foot to a tall cylindrical neck, the exterior densely enamelled in the mille fleurs manner with peony, chrysanthemum, lotus, hibiscus and other flowering blooms, leaving little ground visible. The rounded body reserved with shaped gilt-edged cartouches enclosing finely painted mountainous river landscapes with pavilions, trees, figures and distant peaks, the scenes framed by scrolling gilt borders. The necks similarly decorated with continuous floral sprays against the rich polychrome ground, the rims and interiors glazed turquoise, the bases bearing iron-red Qianlong seal marks.
