清 翡翠蓋碗 The bowl of deep rounded form rising from a short foot, the rim gently flared, fitted with a domed cover with a slightly everted lip. Carved from a pale celadon-toned jadeite stone of soft translucency, suffused with scattered apple-green inclusions and cloudy white matrix. Qing Dynasty period.
