Ca. AD 1000 - 1200. A pair of bronze trays, from left to right: a circular shallow dish with a broad everted rim engraved with scrolling ornament and roundels, the well decorated with a central roundel of dense foliate scrolls within a wide epigraphic band punctuated by roundels; and a circular tray with a wide flat rim engraved with an epigraphic band divided into panels and interrupted by roundels, the well decorated with a further epigraphic register around a central medallion with an animal.
