Ca. 500 - 300 BC. A hollow terracotta bust of a priest, modelled with the head in a tall conical cap with a rounded tip. The face has almond-shaped eyes, a straight nose, and a closed mouth with a slight smile above a rounded chin. The short neck is modelled with a horizontal fold. Size: 135mm x 80mm; Weight: 160g Provenance: Private London collection, formed in the 90s on the USA art market.
