Late Period to Ptolemaic Period, Ca. 664 - 30 BC. A faience amulet of Anubis, modelled as a standing anthropomorphic figure with jackal head, the ears rising above a wig falling to the shoulders. The torso nude, the arms held against the sides, and the lower body dressed in a pleated kilt, the feet set on a rectangular base. A dorsal pillar at the back, pierced laterally for suspension.
