Ca. AD 600 - 800. A gold cross formed from eight tubular elements, arranged in pairs along the four arms. The tubes are flat on the underside and domed on the upper face, creating a segmented profile. A red garnet cabochon is set at the centre within a raised bezel, framed by a ring of applied gold beads. A plain suspension loop is affixed above.
