Ca. AD 200 - 400. A gold ring with a slender hoop of rounded section and an oval bezel mount set with a chalcedony intaglio. Small globules are applied at the top and bottom of the setting. The intaglio is engraved with a stork in profile, depicted standing with a long beak and extended legs.
