Ca. 400 BC. A red-figure lekythos with flaring mouth, narrow neck with vertical strokes, a single strap handle, and an ovoid body on a ring foot. The main panel shows a draped woman in profile, her hair bound, extending an offering tray and dotted wreath towards a low, flaming altar, with a large fan at her left and suspended taeniae in the field; the reverse is decorated with a tall palmette rising from the groundline, framed by scrolling tendrils and subsidiary floral motifs.
