Middle Kingdom to Late Period, Ca. 2055 - 332 BC. A collection of eight faience and stone scarabs, including, from top left: a scarab engraved with two crocodiles within a linear border; a scarab with a dung beetle flanked by two uraei; a scarab engraved with linear motifs; a scarab with an animal within a framed field; a scarab engraved with a seated figure beneath a sun disc; a scarab with a standing goddess; a scarab with linear and figural motifs; and a scarab with a perforation on the underside.
