Ca. AD 800 - 900. A gold pendant formed as a circular plate with a suspension tube at the apex, decorated with paired spiral motifs. The obverse is ornamented with a symmetrical filigree scheme in twisted wire, centred on a cross and framed by radiating paired spirals, all within a narrow plain rim. The reverse is undecorated.
