AD 1300 - 1500 A group of iron arms and armour, including a domed helmet assembled from separate plates rising to a slightly pointed crown with a straight lower edge; a set of near-square armour plates from lamellar armour, each pierced along one or more sides; and a battle axe with a broad wedge-shaped blade. Size: 180mm x 210mm; Weight: 855g. Provenance: Private London collection, acquired on the European art market pre 2000.
