Ca. 900 - 700 BC. A large terracotta amphora with a rounded body tapering to a low foot and a broad neck with a thickened rim, with two vertical handles from shoulder to rim. Painted in bichrome on a buff ground, with two registers of concentric spiral roundels around the neck, a spiral band on the shoulder, and broad horizontal zones across the body divided by multiple fine lines, the handles with diagonal strokes.
