Ca. 700 - 500 BC. A bucchero oinochoe with a trefoil mouth on a tall cylindrical neck above a rounded body tapering to a ring foot. A single strap handle with a bundle of raised ribs springs from the shoulder and rises to the rim, with disc terminals at the upper junction. The shoulder is banded with closely spaced incised lines. The main body is decorated with an incised frieze of three lions in profile, framed by further bands of fine incision around the lower body.
