Amarna Period, Ca. 1353 - 1336 BC. A pottery jar with a globular body narrowing to a tall cylindrical neck with a thickened everted rim. The neck is decorated with horizontal bands in red, blue, and black, with a toothed band at the base. The shoulder displays a broad register of two alternating designs: one with three papyrus stems emerging from a central lotus bud, flanked by rosettes and was sceptres; the other with an ankh motif flanked by was sceptres and papyrus plants.
