Ca. 1st century BC - 4th century AD. >An exceptional Nazca pottery vessel of globular form with a gently flaring neck and rounded base, the vessel is decorated with a continuous frieze of four stylised human heads. Each figure is characterised by elongated hair rendered as a bold vertical band, framing simplified facial features including almond-shaped eyes and linear brows.
