Ca. 14th-15th century AD. A bronze oil lamp cast in the form of Goddess Lakshmi, the consort of Vishnu and goddess of wealth and prosperity. She stands gracefully on a tortoise-shaped base, symbolising Vishnu?s Kurma avatar, holding a lotus-form oil cup in her right hand and a mirror in her left.
