Including historic newspapers reporting the resignation of U.S. President Richard Nixon, among them The New York Times and the Daily News with prominent front-page headlines “NIXON RESIGNS.” Also included are vintage issues of Life magazine related to the space program, including a special edition titled "To the Moon and Back" and an issue featuring “The Space Walk,” illustrating the era of early American space exploration. An additional single-page color newspaper insert from Sunday News, New York’s Picture Newspaper, a color portrait of General George S. Patton Jr. in military uniform. The reverse presents a printed reference chart titled “Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard Decoration and Service Ribbons,” a visually striking World War II–era newspaper piece reflecting the period’s military history and wartime iconography.
