Ca. 19th - 20th century AD. >A necklace composed of multiple suspended strands of elongated bone and glass beads, with carnelian beads arranged in alternating bands of cream, red and black. The strands are secured to carved wooden spacer bars from which the elements cascade in graduated lengths, creating a broad layered form.
