Ca. 332 - 30 BC. A beaded necklace strung with alternating translucent and opaque glass and stone beads in red, beige and cobalt, with occasional green and amber. Suspended at the centre is a pendant composed of a red carved plaque depicting the head of a noblewoman, mounted in a gold frame with a loop. Accompanied by a short strand of bronze annular beads. Size: 40-255mm x 5-30mm; Weight: 68g Provenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014; Ex. Private collection 1970s-1990s.
