Circa 1820-30 The rectangular top with rounded corners and opposing, racheted reading rests on an adjustable lotus-carved pedestal and shaped base, on turned feet, brass caps and casters; with two paper labels SIMON & SON / London. Height 29 inches (73.7 cm), width 34 inches (86.3 cm), depth 20 inches (50.8 cm).
