Circa 1750 The serpentine red marble top above a deeply carved apron centred by a scallop shell and scrolling rocailles, supported on scrolled cabriole legs carved with acanthus leaves and rocailles, joined by a pierced stretcher centred by a cartouche. Height 33 1/2 inches (85 cm), width 33 inches (84 cm), depth 17 1/2 inches (44.5 cm).
