Ca. 19th century AD or earlier. >A Kurukuru jade pendant of elongated, gently tapering form, carved from richly coloured green nephrite and carefully polished to a soft lustre. A circular suspension hole is drilled near the rounded terminal, allowing the piece to be worn suspended from a cord.
