Circa 1750, modeled by Johann Joachim Kändler and P. Reinicke. Realistically modeled with a slightly turned head with a black and brown beak and black feet, with incised plumage on a turquoise oval base, with traces of blue crossed swords mark, incised 54. Height 5 inches (12.7 cm). Provenance: The Alexander Guttmann collection, Christie's London, July 5, 2005, lot 185. Literature: The Guttman Catalog, no. 116.
