Circa 1891–1921, shallow circular bowl of fine porcelain, designed for serving small sweets or nuts. The piece features two scrolling handles heavily encrusted in 22kt gold gilding. The exterior body is delicately hand-painted with a continuous sprays of flowers , set amidst soft green foliage. Bears a Nippon Era mark at its base. In good antique condition with one hairline originating from the top rim. Please refer to the photos for more details.
