An unusual 9k gold mechanical wristwatch Land & Water, Case No.318579, Movement No.2913446, Dublin import hallmark 1927, Glasgow import hallmark 1928, Hand-wound 17 jewel gilt finished movement with micro adjustment, overcoil hairspring, white enamel dial, painted numerals, subsidiary seconds, skeleton hands, circular 9k gold case with screw-down bezel and reverse, fixed wire lugs, reverse with engraved monogram NWS 8.4.30. Case stamped ZWC, movement signed Zenith, dial signed by retailer. On removable 9k gold ‘Army’ curb-link bracelet with sprung section. Diameter 29mm.
