An Annamese blue and white chrysanthemum plate 15th - 16th century Painted to the central roundel with a large chrysanthemum encircled by a layer of leaves, below a band of scrolling foliage to cavetto, the exterior painted with a band of lotus petals, base glazed brown, 26cm diameter, together with a catalogue of Annamese Ceramics in the Museum Pusat Jakarta (2). Provenance: English private collection, acquired in Jakarta in 1970s.
