A small Japanese Satsuma teapot and cover Meiji period, by sozan for the Kinkozan Typically enamelled and gilt on crackled ground, decorated on one side with scholar’s objects and a flower basket, the reverse with tea wares, marked 'Kinkozan' to the spout, 9.3cm long.
