This lot is offered without reserve Nine Chinese Yixing stoneware fruits and nuts, a pair of hanging ornaments and a miniature teapot Late Qing dynasty - 20th century Comprising nine Yixing stoneware fruits and nuts, in beige and brown clays, brown and some pigmented colours, naturalistically modelled in the form of bat-fruit, walnut, peanut, chestnut, water chestnut, sun-flower and watermelon seeds, arrowhead, and nut, 1.7cm - 7.2cm long, and a pair of hanging ornaments modelled as overhead-handled teapots simulating tree trunks, 3.6cm long x 4.3cm wide, and a miniature teapot with impressed seal mark 'Sunshi Xiaopin' to the base, with wood stand, 6.2cm long (12). Provenance: The Collection of Doreen Belcher, purchased from Peter Wain.
