A very large Chinese Longquan celadon glazed jardinière Ming dynasty, 15th century The thickly potted vessel well carved to the mid-section with three peonies amidst leafy branches, between a band of ruyi clouds below a slightly everted lipped rim and a band of lappets at foot, covered overall in a thick, glassy olive-green glaze, the foot rim unglazed and burnt orange, 36.5cm diameter x 25.5cm high. 明十五世紀 龍泉青釉刻劃牡丹紋大花盆
