A Chinese blue and white 'dragon' dish Qing dynasty, Daoguang mark and of the period Vividly painted with a central medallion enclosing a five-clawed dragon striding in pursuit of the flaming pearl amidst scrolling clouds to the interior, decorated with two fierce sinuous dragons amongst cloud scrolls to the exterior, six-character Daoguang seal mark in underglaze blue to the base, 16.5cm diameter. 清道光 青花雲龍趕珠紋盤,青花篆書「大清道光年製」款 Cf.
