Angola, Ca. late 19th - early 20th century AD. >A long staff surmounted by a carved globular female elderly head with stylised facial features, including almond-shaped eyes, a narrow nose, and a small mouth. Below the head, the upper section of the staff is decorated with finely incised geometric patterns composed of intersecting lines.
