19th century, featuring a lively aquatic scene depicting eight larger fish in a variety of vibrant hues, surrounded by smaller baitfish and stylized water weeds, a detailed shrimp sits near the border, symbolizing prosperity, abundance, and continuous good fortune. The rim is decorated with a complex geometric diaper border in iron-red and blue, alternating with small floral cartouches. Very good condition with light surface wear and minor firing or glaze imperfections consistent with age. No cracks or restorations observed.
