A Chinese blue and white bottle vase, mark of Qianlong and of the period (1736-1795), the globular body painted in Ming style with simulated 'heaping and piling' with a broad frieze of composite flower scroll above a band of petal lappets and below a triple line border and trefoil cloud collar and foliate scroll bands on the shoulder, with a band of upright leaves at the base of the waisted neck and a further trefoil band pendent from a band of cresting waves at the top, raised on a foot encircled by a band of classic scrollProvenance:By repute previously from a private collection and believed originally purchased from Sparks London清乾隆 青花纏枝蓮紋賞瓶拍品來源:私人紳士收藏,此前購自倫敦古董商Sparks 品相: overall in very presentable condition except for some minor firing blemishes on the base
