AN ITALIAN THUYA WOOD AND ORMOLU MOUNTED KNEEHOLE DESKSECOND HALF 19TH CENTURYThe doors enclosing shelves and sliding trays79.5cm high, 175cm wide, 86cm deep 品相： Desk with the marks, knocks, scratches and abrasions commensurate with age and use. Some old chips, splits and losses. Various losses and chips to veneers in places throughout. The surface with some colour variation, fading and 'bloom'. Some evidence of old worm. Escutcheon to left door is lacking. Some mounts are loose but remain in position. Some mouldings detached (some are present with lot). No key present but all locks are open.
