AN EARLY VICTORIAN BIRDS EYE MAPLE KNEEHOLE DRESSING-TABLE CIRCA 1840 The moulded top with a three-quarter gallery above nine mahogany and cedar-lined drawers with rope-twist edge mouldings 82cm high, 131cm wide, 62cm deep 品相： Fir condition, structurally secure, with wear and tear consistent with age and use. There are dents marks and shrinkage cracks throughout. The table top with water staining, the veneers lifting and splitting, some localised discoloration. The edge moulding with shrinkage splits and minor losses to corners. One small section of rope-twist moulding missing to upper right drawer. Drawer pulls possibly replaced (or at least some of them).The table is unfinished on the back.
