英文品名：Three Chinese 'floral' fan paintings 英文描述：Painting with plum blossom, narcissus, and rocks signed by Ruitu; painting with flowers, grass, and insects signed by Xu Pei; painting with bamboo, rocks, and garden fence signed by Houzhai. Each with inscription, signature and one seal. (3). 英文品相：Two mountings with foxing; one image with minor foxing, and one with minor worm damage and a repaired tear. The images are otherwise in overall good condition. 中文品相：兩幅裱紙有發黴；其中一幅畫心有輕微發黴，另一幅畫心有輕微蟲蛀及一處經修補的撕裂。三幅畫心總體品相良好 品相声明：We make every reasonable effort to examine and describe the condition of each lot.
