A fine Victorian English silver novelty pepper pot, cleverly modeled in the form of an owl. The body is richly detailed with realistically chased plumage and fitted with glass button eyes. With a city mark of London, maker's mark of Charles Thomas Fox & George Fox, and a date letter of 1850. Total approx. weight is 1.72 troy oz (gross). From a Manhattan, NY estate. Dimensions: item measures approx 3" in height. 品相： Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Please examine the provided photos to thoroughly evaluate each piece.
