A Chinese rouge-de-fer ground porcelain bottle vase, mid-20th century, the globular body painted with opposing circular panels, one depicting a scene of the Liuhe Pagoda and Rail Bridge over the Qiantang River, the other with two figures walking on a lakeside path towards a walled complex, reserved against an iron red ground filled with gilt flower sprays, repeated on the narrow cylindrical neck, iron red Tao Yi Zhen Pin four-character mark to base, height 33.5cm.
