明 舊玉黑沁玉獸把件 Carved in the round as a seated mythical beast with a robust rounded body, its head raised above the forepaws and the long tail curling along the back. The facial features are succinctly delineated with incised details. The pale celadon-white stone is extensively suffused with dark brown and black coloration. Ming Dynasty period.
