A rare Schirwan with two rows, each consisting of 4 complete and 2 partially cut Lesgi stars in varying color schemes, and a multitude of diamonds, crosses, and symbols on a dark blue background; a green main border featuring abstracted birds, as well as secondary borders with battlements; dated 1311 = 1893, Eastern Caucasus, very beautiful colors, approx. 142x113 cm, dark areas corroded, signs of wear, provenance: Collection of Peter-C. Graf von Kleist-Retzow, Collection of Ehrengard von Trotha Seltener Schirwan mit zwei Reihen von je einem angeschnittenen und vier kompletten Lesghi Sternen in farblich unterschiedlicher Gestaltung sowie einer Vielzahl von Rauten, Kreuzen und Symbolen auf dunkelblauem Grund, grüne Hauptbordüre mit abstrahierten Vögeln sowie Nebenbordüren mit Zinnen, dat. 1311 = 1893, Ostkaukasus, sehr schöne Farben, ca. 142x113cm, dunkle Partien korrodiert, Gebrauchsspuren, Provenienz: Slg.
