16th-17th Cent. Standing Thai Bronze Buddha 16th-17th century, Thai 16th-17th century standing Thai bronze Buddha. Beautifully patinated with excellent facial features, having small traces of gilt and small areas of black lacquer. The bronze ranges from dark brown to reddish in color. Areas of gilt through curls on head, now mounted on a hardwood stand. Museum number 1993.5.189 labeled on bottom of stand.
