Rare Ming (1366-1644) Jade Crouching Bird Carving Ming (1368-1644), Chinese Finely carved crouching bird with nicely carved beak, feathers, and underside is carved with feet and additional feathers. Jade ranges from beige, brown to black, and white. Pierced original hole to back of bird's neck. Please see photo. Cataloguer's Notes: Mark says: "The patina and the polish are fantastic on this piece." Mark has had this in his collection for many years.
