Rare Chinese Ming Black Stone Scroll Weight 16th-17th century, Chinese Unusual rare large square shaped Chinese Ming period black stone scroll weight with a Buddhist lion handle and a carved lotus design to top and Greek key pattern along sides. Buddhist lion features fierce features with a great patina. The bottom is flat with both Chinese and American collector's tags. Mark purchased this item over 20 years ago from a California estate , and hasn't seen a similar one other example like this.
