Large Japanese 19th Cent. Koransha Fukagawa Hibachi or Planter 19th century, Japanese A large 19th century Japanese koransha porcelain factory Fukagawa hibachi or planter. This finely made porcelain planter or hibachi with underglaze blue bamboo motif with shaded colors, double walled, with dragon in the clouds design wrapping around top flat lip. Marked on bottom with Koransha blue orchid mark. Quality of painting is superb. Cataloguer's Notes: Mark says: "I like this piece a lot".
